Pure water rinsing a window with a soft brush, drying streak-free

You've probably done it yourself. You wash a window, it looks perfect while it's wet, and an hour later it's dried full of streaks and spots. It's easy to blame your technique. Most of the time, it's the water.

Why tap water leaves spots

Tap water looks clear, but it carries dissolved minerals, mostly calcium and magnesium. When it dries on glass, the water goes and the minerals stay behind as spots, streaks or a cloudy film. Soap adds a problem of its own: it leaves a thin film that dries streaky and attracts dust, so the window looks dirty again sooner.

How pure water gets glass spotless

We run ordinary water through a professional filtration system until almost nothing is left in it but water. We scrub the glass, rinse it with that pure water, and let it dry on its own. With nothing in it to leave behind, it dries clear: no soap, no residue, no wiping.

Why RainBlock keeps it that way

After every clean, we finish with RainBlock. Rain beads up and rolls off instead of drying in spots, so your windows stay clean longer.

The whole window, from the ground

We feed the pure water up a lightweight pole with a soft brush, scrub, then rinse, all from the ground. Our poles reach up to 50 feet, so even on three-storey homes there's no ladder against your siding. Because the pole rinses the whole window, every clean covers the glass, frames, tracks, sills and screens.

We test the water every job

Good results aren't luck. Before every job, our crew checks the water with a meter. If it isn't pure enough to dry spot-free, the filters get serviced before a drop touches your glass.

What about hard water stains?

An honest note: pure water stops new spotting, but it can't always remove stains baked into the glass over years of sprinklers or runoff. If we see them, we'll point them out and quote a separate hard water removal rather than promise they'll wash off.
