Why administrators and property managers choose Loop
No ladders on your building
We clean up to 5 storeys from the ground with pure-water poles. No lifts, no scaffolding, nothing against your walls or balconies.
Streak-free glass that stays clean longer
Pure water, no soap, finished with RainBlock so rain beads off.
On your schedule
Monthly, quarterly, or spring and fall, planned around your residents and your routines.
The same crew every visit
Trained and uniformed, with names provided in advance and police clearances on request.
Insurance you can rely on
You're added as an additional insured, and our insurer notifies you directly if the policy is ever cancelled.
Spiders and webs too?
Our partner Spider Pros removes spiders and webs, mostly by vacuum. One call books both, scheduled to suit you, at a better price.
Ready for your file
Before the first visit, we send:
- A certificate of insurance showing $2 million commercial general liability, adding your corporation as an additional insured
- A 30-day notice of cancellation endorsement, so our insurer notifies you directly if the policy is ever cancelled
- A current WSIB clearance certificate
- Police clearance certificates for our crew, on request
- A written scope and schedule
- Crew names for your sign-in or front desk
- Our health and safety policy, if requested

Board-ready, from the first quote
For boards and property managers: a board-ready quote with a written scope and schedule, and a resident notice you can post or send before each visit. We clean from the ground, so there are no ladders against balconies and no one needs to be home.
We also clean
Offices and professional buildings. Glass cleaned before or after business hours, so your staff and clients aren't disturbed.
Community centres, churches and municipal buildings. A set seasonal schedule, clear invoicing, and the documents your board, council or committee needs to approve the work.

Commercial questions
How high can you reach?
Up to 5 storeys from the ground. For taller buildings, we assess the building first.
What insurance do you carry?
$2 million commercial general liability insurance, plus WSIB coverage for our crew. Any spider treatment arranged through our partner Spider Pros is also covered by Spider Pros' $1 million pollution liability insurance.
Can you add us to your insurance?
Yes. We add commercial clients as an additional insured. Tell us the exact name of your business, corporation or condominium corporation.
How do we know your insurance stays in force?
We add a 30-day notice of cancellation endorsement for your building. If our policy is ever cancelled or materially changed, our insurer gives you 30 days' written notice directly, so a certificate on file always means the coverage is real.
Is your crew covered by WSIB?
Yes. Every crew member is covered, and we send a current WSIB clearance certificate before the first visit.
Is your crew police checked?
We provide police clearance certificates for our crew on request.
Do residents or staff need to be there?
No. We clean the outside and work around your schedule.
