Do I need to be home?
No, for outside cleans. We text you when we're done. For an inside clean, someone needs to be home to let us in.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, anytime. Just call or text us. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
What if it rains after my clean?
Members are covered. If rain spots your windows within 7 days, we'll re-clean them free.
Can I start with a one-time clean?
Yes. Many people start with one clean and join The Loop once they see the result.
Do you clean inside windows too?
Yes. Add an inside clean to any visit and we'll price it in your quote. Four-clean members get one inside clean a year included. For inside visits someone needs to be home, and we lay drop cloths and move light furniture ourselves.
