About us

Your local crew

We're a local family business, and you'll always deal with real people. Most of the time that's Ben. He books every visit, runs the crew and makes sure every job is done right. Homeowners may also hear from Lincoln, and commercial clients from Chris. Either way, we're a quick call or text away.

Our crew are hard-working local young people who take real pride in their work. They show up in uniform and on time, treat your home and gardens like their own family's, and don't pack up until every window is streak-free.

How Loop started

From a few neighbours' windows to 250 homes

Loop started during the pandemic, when Ben began cleaning windows and detailing cars for neighbours in north Sarnia and relatives in Bright's Grove and Kincardine. He got good at it, worked hard at it, and found he cared more about the result than most people expected a teenager to. Word spread the way it does on a street: one clean house at a time.

Since then, Ben has invested more than $50,000 in the technology behind every clean: professional pure-water systems, carbon-fibre poles that reach 50 feet, RainBlock, and a crew trained to use it all properly. He keeps reinvesting, in that technology and in the vehicles that get the crew safely from site to site. In 2026 the crew cleaned windows for more than 250 homes from Sarnia to Port Elgin. With a seasonal crew of three to six hard-working young people, depending on the month, Loop is well staffed to serve a long stretch of towns along the Lake Huron shore.

Ben hasn't done it alone. Lincoln Williamson has been part of Loop from the early days and is at the core of the team today: dedicated, hard-working and professional, on the poles and with customers alike.

Next on the list: a drone-fed pure-water system for buildings over 5 storeys. Coming soon.

The idea hasn't changed since the first neighbour's house: do the whole window, do it right, and be proud of it when you pack up.

How we train the crew

Every crew member is trained before they clean a single window, and refreshed before every season. "Hard-working" is a start. This is what it means in practice.

Safety first

Water-fed poles are long and conductive, so the crew learns to spot overhead power lines, keep a safe distance and never raise a pole near them. We check for hazards before a pole goes up, and we work from the ground, so there are no ladders against your home.

The water, every job

The crew tests the water with a meter before every job. If it isn't pure enough to dry spot-free, the filters are serviced before a drop touches your glass.

Your property

Gardens, siding, screens, patio furniture and pets: the crew learns how to work around all of them, close gates behind them, and leave your yard the way they found it.

What "finished" means

Glass, frames, sills, tracks and screens, then RainBlock, then a walk around the house to check every window. Nobody packs up until it's streak-free.

Our roots

Loop is a local family business with roots all along the shore: our owner was born in Kincardine, his wife in Port Elgin, and their son in Sarnia, and we still have family in Kincardine and Sarnia.
