What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to quote, book and clean: your name, phone number, email, address, and any photos or plans you send. We use it to prepare your quote, book and remind you of visits, and follow up on our guarantee. We never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Photos of your home

Photos you send help us quote accurately. We use photos of your home on our website or social media only if you tick the photo box, and house numbers are always kept out of shot.

Where it's stored

Our website and quote forms are run by Netlify, which stores form submissions and photos on secure servers that may be outside Canada, including in the United States. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, and delete quote requests that don't go ahead after one year.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics to count visits and quote requests, so we know which pages help people. It doesn't identify you, and you can say no to it in the cookie notice.
